摘要
明清医家重视男精女血在孕育生命中的重要性,同时对于孕育的时机也非常重视,提出女子氤氲时期乃种子的最佳时机。针对男女生理特点,提出治男子毋过热以助其阳,治女子毋过寒以益其阴。女子不孕的主要病机为精血不足,血不足则无以摄精,故须先调补阴血,阴血调和方可成孕;而对于男子不育,主要病机为精气不足,治疗应“必按证施药而补益之”。
The importance of male Essence and female Blood in life breeding and the timing of conception is valued by Physicians in Ming and Qing Dynasties,they proposed that the strong period,in which the Yin Blood is in harmonious condition,is the best time for female pregnancy.And according to the physiological characteristics of men and women,they put forward the method of medication,that is,avoid overheating to aid male Yang,and avoid overcooling in to aid female Yin.The main pathogenesis of female infertility is Blood and Essence deficiency.Without sufficient Blood,Essence can't be absorbed.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the Yin and Blood first,thus facilitate pregnancy.While for male infertility,the main pathogenesis is Essence and Qi insufficiency.The treatment should follow the principle of"invigorating with medicines based on the syndrome".
