摘要
中医认为精室位居下焦 ,为男子奇恒之腑 ,其解剖有广义与狭义之分 ,狭义仅指前列腺 ,广义乃睾丸、附睾、输精管、前列腺及精囊腺等内生殖器官的总称。精室的生理功能是生精、藏精。
The essence room is thought locating at the lower warmer and is one of the male extraordinary organs in TCM.Its dissection can be divided into broad and narrow definition.It is prostatic gland in narrow definition,otherwise,it is the generic mame of internal genital organs such as testis ,epididymides,deferent duct ,prostatic gland and seminal vesicle etc in broad definition.The physiological funcition of the essence room is producing,saving and ejectiong seminal fluid.
