摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种常见的睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病,该病夜间反复发生睡眠打鼾、睡眠结构紊乱,以致日间嗜睡、多梦、头痛、烦躁、记忆力下降等症状为主要临床表现。针灸治疗OSAHS可有效缓解临床表现,降低机体损伤,且不良反应较少。且较现代医学呼吸机及手术治疗而言,患者依从性和接受性较好。对近年来针灸治疗OSAHS的文献进综合概述,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。
Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is a common sleep apnea disorder.The main clinical manifestations of the disease are sleep snoring,sleep structure disorder,daytime sleepiness,dreaminess,headache,irritability and memory loss.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatments of OSAHS can effectively alleviate clinical manifestations,reduce body damage,and have fewer adverse reactions.Comparing with modern medical ventilator and surgical treatment,patients'compliance and acceptance are better.This article summarized the literature reports on acupuncture treatment of OSAHS in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
