发动机盖外板全工序成形仿真及回弹补偿研究 被引量:6

摘要 以某车型发动机盖外板为研究对象,对其全工序冲压成形过程以及真实回弹情况进行了探索。根据产品结构特点,分析了其全工序成形工艺,并利用CATIA软件设计了3工序化的冲压工艺数模。借助AutoForm软件对发动机盖外板全工序成形性进行了有限元分析,然后在成形工艺稳健的前提下模拟了零件的真实回弹。结合回弹仿真结果,在CATIA软件中对发动机盖外板工艺模面进行了补偿。最后将获得补偿的工艺模面应用于冲压模具的加工,并用有限元分析结果指导现场试模,得到无开裂、起皱的合格零件。运用蓝光扫描仪对零件进行精度检测,测量报告显示零件匹配面尺寸偏差均在±0.5mm以内,满足了发动机盖外板尺寸公差要求。研究表明,基于全工序成形的回弹补偿可有效控制发动机盖外板的尺寸精度。 Taking the hood outer of a certain car model as the research object,the full process of stamping process and the real springback situation were explored.According to the structural characteristics,the full process of stamping was analyzed,and a three-step stamping plan and die surface model was designed by using CATIA software.With the help of AutoForm software,the finite element analysis of the full process formability of the hood outer was carried out,and then the real springback of the part was simulated under the premise of a robust forming process.Combined with the springback simulation results,the die surface of the hood outer was compensated in the CATIA software.Finally,the compensated die surface was applied to the manufacturing,and the finite element analysis results were used to guide die tryout to obtain qualified parts without cracks and wrinkles.Using blue laser scanning equipment to detect the accuracy of the parts,the measurement report shown that the dimensional deviation of the part's matching surface was within±0.5 mm,which met the dimensional tolerance requirements of the hood outer.Studies proves that springback compensation based on full-process forming can effectively control the dimensional accuracy of the hood outer.
