摘要
轴套类零件在设备产品中具有精确的支撑、导向和保护主轴的作用,并承受相应的径向力和轴向力。由于零件材料、零件壁厚以及零件的精度与一般机加工产品有所不同,在生产加工过程中,它极易发生加工变形情况。以某机加企业的薄壁套类铜合金铸件产品的具体加工为案例,分析零件加工过程中变形的原因,并且提出相应的加工技术对策,实现在加工过程中控制零件变形,进而有效保证零件的尺寸精度,满足图纸尺寸公差要求。
The shaft sleeve parts have the functions of accurate support,guidance and protection of the main shaft in the equipment products,and bear the corresponding radial force and axial force.Because the material,wall thickness and precision of the parts are different from the general machining products,it is easy to produce deformation in the production process.This paper takes the specific processing of thin-walled copper alloy castings of a machining enterprise as an example,analyzes the causes of deformation in the process of parts processing,and puts forward the corresponding processing technical countermeasures,so as to control the deformation of parts in the process of processing,so as to effectively ensure the dimensional accuracy of parts and meet the requirements of dimensional tolerance of drawings.
