摘要
目的探究共情护理对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者心理弹性、医护依从性、生活质量的影响。方法选择确山县人民医院2019年1月至2020年6月收治的105例老年腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组(53例)和对照组(52例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受共情护理。分别采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)及简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评估两组患者的心理弹性及生活质量,比较两组患者的医护依从性。结果护理前,两组CD-RISC评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组CD-RISC评分较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医护总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量各维度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生活质量各维度评分较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者进行共情护理干预,能够有效提升患者心理弹性,改善患者生活质量,提高患者医护依从性。
Objective To explore the impact of empathy nursing on the mental flexibility,compliance of medical care and quality of life in elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 105 elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to Queshan County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(52 cases)according to the random number table method.Control group received routine care,and observation group received empathic care on the basis of the control group.Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)were used to evaluate the psychological resilience and quality of life of the two groups of patients,and the compliance of the two groups of patients to medical care was compared.Results Before the nursing,there was no statistical difference in CD-RISC score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the nursing,the CD-RISC scores of the two groups were higher than before(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of medical care in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before the nursing,there was no statistical difference in the scores of the two groups of quality of life in each dimension(P>0.05).After the nursing,the scores of all dimensions of the quality of life in the two groups were higher than before(P<0.05),and scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The empathy nursing intervention for elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively enhance the mental flexibility of the patients,improve the quality of life of the patients,and improve the compliance of the patients with medical care.
