摘要
目的探讨共情护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者医护依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2018年9月至2019年3月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,将其随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取共情护理,比较两组患者医护依从性及生活质量。结果观察组患者医护依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论共情护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用,能增强其医护依从性,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of empathetic nursing intervention on medical compliance and quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods To select 120 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group adopted empathetic nursing intervention based on the control group.The medical compliance and quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The medical compliance of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empathetic nursing intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation could enhance their medical compliance and improve their quality of life.
