摘要
目的探讨超声清洗机在手术器械清洗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月郑州大学第一附属医院消毒供应中心需清洗消毒的150件各科室不同种类手术器械作为研究对象,以每类器械均衡分布的原则,将代表性的机械分为甲、乙、丙3组,每组各50件。3组均采用多酶清洗剂浸泡,甲组采用手工清洗,乙组采用手工加全自动清洗消毒器清洗,丙组采用手工加超声清洗机清洗。分别以目测、放大镜检测、隐血试验法检测手术器械各部位的清洁合格程度,比较3种清洗方式的清洗效果。结果目测和放大镜检测结果显示:丙组手术器械的齿缝、轴节、卡锁、管腔清洗合格率略高于乙组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);丙组各取样部位清洗合格率高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。隐血试验显示:乙组器械齿缝、轴节、卡锁、管腔的清洗合格率略高于甲组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);丙组器械齿缝、轴节、卡锁、管腔的清洗合格率高于甲组,齿缝、管腔清洗合格率高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯手工清洗和全自动清洗消毒器比较,手工加超声清洗机可以有效清洁手术器械较为细小、复杂的部位,提高器械清洗消毒质量,有效降低因手术器械带来的院内感染。
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonic cleaning machine in the cleaning of surgical instruments.Methods One hundred and fifty surgical instruments of different types in various departments that needed to be cleaned and disinfected in the Disinfection Supply Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.Based on the principle of balanced distribution of each type of equipment,the representative machines were divided into 3 groups,A,B,and C,with 50 pieces in each group.All 3 groups were soaked with multi-enzyme detergent.The instruments of group A were cleaned by hand,the instruments of group B were cleaned by manual and fully automatic washer-disinfectors,and the instruments of group C were cleaned by manual and ultrasonic cleaning machines.Visual inspection,magnifying glass inspection,and occult blood test were used to test the cleanliness of each part of the surgical instruments.Compare the cleaning effects of the 3 cleaning methods.Results Visual inspection and magnifying glass examination showed that the pass rates of the cleaning of interdental sutures,shaft joints,locks,and lumen of surgical instruments in group C were slightly higher than those in group B,while there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The cleaning qualification rates of all sampling site in group C were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The occult blood test showed that the cleaning pass rates of the interdental sutures,shafts,locks,and lumens of the equipment in group B were slightly higher than those in group A,while there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The qualified rates of cleaning of interdental sutures,shaft joints,locks and lumens of group C were higher than those of group A,and the qualified rates of cleaning interdental sutures and lumens were higher than those of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple manual cleaning or automatic washer-disinfector,manual combined ultrasonic cleaning machine could effectively clean the relatively small and complicated parts of surgical instruments,improve the quality of instrument cleaning and disinfection,and reduce the nosocomial infection caused by surgical instruments.
