摘要
卵巢储备功能下降是妇科临床常见疾病,中医学对其病因病机及辨治要点有独特见解。本文梳理了近年来中医妇科学对本病发生发展的机制探讨、辨证分型的不同认识、临床治疗的各类方法,从病因病机、辨证分型、内服外治等方面进行归纳总结,可以认为在病因病机上肾虚精亏、天癸不足、冲任失调是其产生的根本,肝郁气滞、脾虚失运、瘀血阻滞是其产生的重要原因;临床辨证分型以肾虚证为主要证型,脾气不足证、肝气郁证、瘀血阻滞证等证型较为常见;中医药治疗以补肾益气、充养天癸为主要大法,并根据不同证型选用健脾益气、疏肝理气、活血化瘀等治法,方药选择随证而立并配合加减,除中药内服,针刺、艾灸、耳穴等外治法对于本病亦有一定疗效。
Decline in ovarian reserve(CDOP)is a common gynecological disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique recongnization of this disease.This article summarized mechanism of DOR with TCM theroy and introduced Chinese medicine treatments.It is believed deficiency of kidney essence is the main mechanism.Liver Qi stagnation,transportation disorder of spleen,blood stasis are also related to DOR.In clinical differentiation,the main syndrome is kidney deficiency syndrome,syndromes such as insufficient spleen Qi syndrome,liver Qi stagnation syndrome,and blood stasis block syndrome are also common.Nourshing kidney Qi is the main method to treat DOR,strengthing spleen Qi,soothing liver Qi and dissipating blood stasis are common ways using as treatments.External treatment methods such as acupuncture,moxibustion,and ear points also have certain effects.All the medicine methods should be applied under the guidance of TCM theory.The application of herb formula should be corresponded with sydrome differentions.
