摘要
目的分析溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者红细胞参数、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及凝血功能指标的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法收集本院2017年3月~2020年3月所检出UC病例,监测其红细胞参数(RBC、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW)、ESR、CRP、凝血功能(APTT-R、D-Dimer、PT-INR、APTT、TT、PT%、PT-sec、PT-R、FIB)。结果病例组与对照组的年龄、D-D、INR、PT%、PT-sec、PT-R、FIB、RBC、RDW-CV、MCHC、HGB、CRP、ES存在显著差异,不同疾病严重程度D-D、FIB、RBC、HCT、HGB、CRP、ES存在显著差异,且与D-D、FIB、CRP、ES呈正相关,与RBC、HCT、HGB呈负相关。结论红细胞参数、ESR、CRP及凝血功能指标的变化对UC诊断具有一定的价值。
Objective To analyze the changes of red blood cell parameters, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),and coagulation function indexes in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC),and explore their clinical significance.Methods Collect UC cases detected in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020,and monitor their red blood cell parameters(RBC,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC,RDW),ESR,CRP,coagulation function(APTT-R,D-Dimer, PT-INR,APTT,TT,PT%,PT-sec, PT-R,FIB).Results There were significant differences in age, DD, INR,PT%,PT-sec, PT-R,FIB,RBC,RDW-CV,MCHC,HGB,CRP,ES between the case group and the control group.The severity of the disease was different from DD,FIB,RBC,HCT,HGB,CRP,ES had significant differences, and were positively correlated with DD,FIB,CRP,ES,and negatively correlated with RBC,HCT,HGB.Conclusion The changes of red blood cell parameters, ESR,CRP,and coagulation function indexes have certain value for the diagnosis of UC.
