石油炼化装置化学药洗污水管控过程优化

摘要 为了贯彻落实“绿色企业行动计划”以及推进长江大保护,安庆石化积极探索石油化工行业的药洗废水管控的创新举措。该文详细介绍了污水处理过程的清洗药剂遴选,药剂进厂质量管控、清洗过程质量管控,以及药洗废水生化模拟评价等环节,以期把污染消除在产生的源头,提高处理效率,使整个生产过程及末端排放都达到对环境友好的目标,从根本上消除污染。 In order to implement the“Green plan of the enterprise action”and promote the protection of the Yangtze River,Anqing Petrochemical is actively exploring innovative measures for the management and control of pharmaceutical washing wastewater from the petrochemical industry.The selection of cleaning agents before the sewage treatment process,the quality control of the agent entering the factory,the quality control of the cleaning processand the biochemical simulation evaluation of the chemical washing wastewaterwereintroduced,in order to reduce pollution at the source of generation and improve treatment efficiency,as well as achieve the goal of being environment-friendly during the process and the terminalof the whole production,and fundamentally eliminate pollution.
