铜渣高温浮选药剂遴选与药剂制度优化研究 被引量:12

摘要 某铜渣硬度大、磨矿时间长,导致浮选矿浆温度过高以及浮选药剂分解,影响铜的回收,为此,对该铜渣进行了特性分析、捕收剂种类遴选及药剂制度优化研究。结果表明:以ZJ101为捕收剂,采用一粗三扫浮选流程,在ZJ101用量40+20+10+5 g/t条件下,可获得铜品位25.95%、铜回收率93.36%的指标,实现了高温体系下铜的高效浮选回收。 As for a certain copper slag,its high hardness and long grinding time have brought a problem that the as⁃milled pulp is of high temperature,which causes decomposition of flotation reagents and eventually a decline of copper recovery.In view of that,collector selection and reagent system optimization were performed based on the slag characteristic analysis.The results show that,ZJ101 is an effective collector for this copper slag.When adopting a flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing and three stages of scavenging,with ZJ101 of 40 g/t,20 g/t,10 g/t and 5 g/t sequentially for these four processes,a copper concentrate grading 25.95%Cu at 93.36%recovery was obtained,indicating that the efficient recovery of copper resource at high temperature was actualized.
