摘要
随着新型航空发动机性能的提升,转子的热弯曲的危害日益突显,成为新型发动机的主要危害之一。本文从发动机转子热弯曲的概念入手,介绍热弯曲现象及其带来的危害,分析热弯曲现象的主要影响因素,探讨各发动机制造厂商给出的不同解决方法,及各种方法所带来的问题。通过机队实际运行数据,利用故障树分析法,重点对PW1100G发动机所引发故障的概率进行计算,结合故障状态分析(FHA)方法,进行定量分析,得出现有解决方法存在隐患,并探讨几种可能的改进方法与措施。
With the improvement of new aero-engine performance,the harm of rotor thermal bending is becoming increasingly prominent,which has become one of the main hazards of new aero-engine.Proceeding from the concept of engine rotor thermal bending,this paper introduces thermal bending and its harm,analyzes its main influencing factors,and probes into the different solutions given by various engine manufacturers and their respective problems.Based on the actual operation data of the fleet,the fault tree analysis method is used to calculate the failure rate caused by PW1100G engine.The fault state analysis(FHA)method was used for quantitative analysis,which unveils that there are hidden troubles with the current solutions.Exploration is also made of several possible improvement measures.
