摘要
目的:分析某三甲医院自2019年12月23日开始执行"4+7"带量采购后对ACEI 类降压药使用的影响,为临床药学服务和医院药事管理提供参考。方法:采用药物经济学方法进行回顾性分析,分别对"4+7"实施后 6 个月某院门诊和住院ACEI类降压药同比的使用数量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行分析。结果:"4+7"后,中选品种马来酸依那普利片和福辛普利片价格降幅约70%,同时也带动了其他药物的阶梯降价,DDC值较去年同期下降明显。结论:"4+7"带量采购可以有效降低医院药占比,切实减轻了部分患者的用药负担,促进医院合理用药,提升了医保基金的使用效率。
Objective To analyze the influence of "4 + 7" procurement with quantity on the use of ACEI antihypertensive drugs in our hospital since December 23,2019,so as to provide reference for clinical pharmaceutical care and hospital pharmacy management.Methods The pharmacoeconomic method was used for retrospective analysis,and the number of ACEI antihypertensive drugs used in outpatient and inpatients in our hospital six months after the implementation of "4 + 7" were analyzed,including the number of use,sales amount,DDDs and average daily cost (DDC).Results After "4 + 7",the price of enalapril maleate tablets and Fosinopril tablets decreased by about 70%,which also led to the step price reduction of other drugs.The DDC value decreased significantly compared with the same period last year.Conclusion "4 + 7" procurement with quantity can effectively reduce the proportion of hospital drugs,effectively reduce the drug burden of some patients,promote rational drug use in hospitals,and improve the efficiency of medical insurance fund.
