摘要
随着近几年我国电子胃镜技术的迅猛发展,加之人们对身体健康的愈发重视,促使胃息肉的检出率不断增高,且胃息肉治愈率呈逐年升高的态势。胃息肉疾病的发生,主要发病机制在于患者胃黏膜的局限性隆起性病变,同时因该疾病存在的恶变潜能成为患者胃癌发生的主要因素之一。对此,进行胃息肉的及时治疗,对预防患者发生胃癌疾病有重要意义。本文在剖析胃息肉发病机制、特征的前提下,重点阐明现阶段胃息肉治疗中所应用的无痛胃镜技术。
With the rapid development of electronic gastroscopy technology in our country in recent years,coupled with people’s increasing attention to health,the detection rate of gastric polyps has been increasing,and the cure rate of gastric polyps has been increasing year by year.The main pathogenesis of gastric polyp disease is the localized elevated lesions of the gastric mucosa,and the malignant potential of the disease has become one of the main factors in the occurrence of gastric cancer in patients.In this regard,timely treatment of gastric polyps is of great significance to prevent patients from developing gastric cancer.Based on the analysis of the pathogenesis and characteristics of gastric polyps,this article focuses on explaining the painless gastroscopy technology used in the treatment of gastric polyps at this stage.
