摘要
目的探讨内镜下氩气刀治疗胃十二指肠息肉的护理方法及其效果。方法对2013年1月-6月于重庆医科大学附属第二医院消化内科行内镜下氩气刀治疗胃十二指肠息肉的97例患者的护理体会进行回顾性分析。结果 97例患者均在内镜下顺利切除息肉,术后均未出现消化道出血、穿孔等严重并发症。结论术前、术后全面与细致的护理有利于治疗与康复。
Objective Discussing ways and effects of nursing in the case of treating stomach and duodenal pol- yps with endoscopic APC. Method Conducting a reflective analysis of the nursing experiences of 97 patients receiving treatment of stomach and duodenal polyps with endoscopic APC at the Department of Gastroenterolo- gy of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January to June 2013. Results 97 patients all had their polyps successfully removed with endoscopic APC, and the post-surgery period saw no appearances of serious complications like gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation. Conclusion Comprehensive and careful nursing before and after surgeries is conducive to medical treatment and rehabilitation.
