Advances in molecular detection of cucumber green mottle mosaic virus

摘要 黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒可感染葫芦科作物并造成重大危害损失,及早发现并及时阻断传播,对于葫芦科作物的健康培育极其重要。本文对黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒的现有分子检测技术进行了综述,分析了基于核酸变温扩增的RT-PCR、IC-RT-PCR、RT-qPCR检测,基于核酸等温扩增的RT-LAMP、RPA检测,以及基于cDNA的微流控芯片检测技术的研究进展和优缺点。相比于变温扩增技术,等温扩增技术具有易于操作、检测时间短、适合于田间现场监测的技术优势,微流控芯片技术则在大批量监测、多靶标病毒筛查中具有很好的发展前景。 Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus(CGMMV)infects Cucurbitaceae crops and causes great damages and losses.It is very important to early detect the infection and block the spread in time for the healthy cultivation of Cucurbitaceae crops.In this paper,the existing molecular detection techniques of cucumber green mottle mosaic virus were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of RT-PCR,IC-RT-PCR and RT-qPCR detection based on variable temperature amplification,RT-LAMP and RPA detection based on isothermal amplification,and microfluidic chip based on cDNA were analyzed.Isothermal amplification technique has the advantages of easy operation,short detection time and suitable for field monitoring.Microfluidic chip technique has a good development prospect in mass monitoring and multi-target virus screening.
