摘要
目的构建新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下居民全覆盖社区核酸采集管理模式,有效早期识别新冠肺炎阳性感染者,为今后开展类似筛查工作提供参考。方法通过明确医院人员组成及分工、社区人员组成及职责、物资及人员准备和社区采样地点选择的方法,衔接各个环节,制定对应措施,最终构建新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下居民全覆盖社区核酸采集管理模式。结果在该模式下,某院对多个区域进行多轮全民检测,累计完成675789份核酸检测。共计200余名医务人员参与采集,无一例感染。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下对居民进行全覆盖社区核酸采集能有效应对公共卫生突发事件,制定高效的管理模式有助于全民核酸检测的顺利进行,在卫生防疫中发挥重要作用。
Objective To establish a full coverage community nucleic acid collection and management model under COVID-19 epidemic,to effectively identify COVID-19 positive infected persons early,and to provide reference for similar screening in the future.Methods By clarifying the composition and division of labor of hospi⁃tal personnel,the composition and responsibilities of community personnel,the preparation of materials and person⁃nel,and the selection of community sampling sites,connecting each link and formulating corresponding measures,the management model of community nucleic acid collection under COVID-19 was finally established.Results Under this mode,our hospital conducted multiple rounds of nationwide tests in multiple regions,and a total of 675,789 nucleic acid tests were completed.A total of more than 200 medical personnel participated in the collec⁃tion,and there was no infection.Conclusion Full coverage of community nucleic acid collection in the context of COVID-19 epidemic can effectively respond to public health emergencies,and the development of efficient man⁃agement mode is conducive to the smooth progress of nucleic acid testing among the whole population,which plays an important role in health and epidemic prevention.
