摘要
采用中国31个省市地区2005—2017年面板数据,分别构建理论和实证模型分析智能化投资对总就业和三次产业的就业作用,并分区域研究东部和中西部样本。分析认为:当前中国智能化投资对总就业效应无明显作用,东部省份智能化投资对第一和第三产业就业具备创造效应,中西部省份智能化投资对第二产业就业具备替代效应。基于此,从劳动力短缺视角为中国分区域规划智能化投资提供建议。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities in China from 2005 to 2017,this paper constructed theoretical and empirical models to analyze the effect of intelligent investment on total employment and the employment of the tertiary industry,and further studied the samples of the eastern region as well as the central and western region by region.The analysis shows that:at present,China's intelligent investment has no obvious effect on the total employment effect,the intelligent investment of the eastern provinces has a creative effect on the employment of the primary and tertiary industries,and the intelligent investment of the central and western provinces has a substitution effect on the employment of the secondary industry.Based on the above analysis,this paper provides suggestions for China's regional planning of intelligent investment from the perspective of labor shortage.
