摘要
目的探讨避免患者自杀的有效识别与干预措施。方法分析患者自杀的原因与事件特点,探索有效的事前自杀倾向识别与干预机制。结果探索出积极有效的干预机制,配合合理的危机处置预案,形成了包括以提高医护人员对患者自杀倾向的识别与干预能力、组建专业心理医护团队、创造安全病房环境、健全危机处置预案等方面的患者自杀干预机制,做好患者的心理干预与治疗,避免患者自杀事件的发生。结论医院在日常诊疗过程中,应确保医护人员掌握必要的专业知识,建立包含患者自杀倾向识别、心理疏导、诊疗干预、危机识别与应急处置的完善的干预机制,避免患者自杀事件的发生,有效处置出现的突发情况,维护患者身心健康和生命安全。
Objective To explore effective identification and intervention measures to prevent patients from committing suicide.Methods The causes of patient suicide and characteristics of the events were analyzed to explore an effective mechanism to identify suicidal tendency and intervene it.Results A positive intervention mechanism was created to align with a reasonable crisis disposal plan. It included several aspects: improving the ability of medical staff to identify and interfere in the suicidal tendency of patients, establishing professional psychological teams, creating a safe ward environment, and building up a crisis disposal plan in order to prevent patients from suicide.Conclusion In daily practice, hospitals should ensure that the medical staff master the necessary professional knowledge, and establish a perfect intervention mechanism including patients’ suicide tendency identification, psychological counseling, diagnostic and therapeutic intervention, crisis identification and emergency treatment. Therefore, it can prevent patients from suicide, effectively deal with the emergency, and maintain the physical and mental health of patients.
