保肝口服液对CCl_(4)所致肝损伤小鼠护肝作用评价 被引量:3

Effect of Liver-Protection Oral Liquid on Liver Protection of Acute Hepatic Injury Induced by CCl_(4) in Mice

摘要 为评价自研保肝口服液对急性肝脏损伤的保护作用,采用对受试小鼠进行分组及灌服给药,建立四氯化碳(CCl_(4))急性肝脏损伤模型的方法,对肝脏进行病理学检查,观察受试动物肝脏病变情况;测定体内丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙二醛(MAD)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量.结果显示空白对照组的肝脏细胞病理学结构正常且较清晰;模型组肝细胞变大、肿胀,大小不均;保肝口服液组和阳性组肝细胞颜色无明显变化,形态大致正常;生化指标显示口服液组的ALT,AST及MAD水平显著低于模型组,所测保肝口服液组的SOD含量水平显著高于模型对照组.结论:保肝口服液对CCl_(4)导致的急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用. Studies have been done to investigate the protective effect of liver-protection oral liquid on acute liver injury.The animals were grouped and administered,and a carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))liver injury model was constructed.The pathological examination of the liver was performed to observe the liver lesions of the animals tested;the serum biochemical index alanine aminotransferase(ALT),glutamate aminotransferase(AST),malondialdehyde(MAD),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)content were measured.Results show that the pathological structure of hepatocytes in the normal control group was clear;the hepatocytes in the model group became larger,swollen and uneven in size;the liver cells in test group and positive group had no significant changes in color,and the morphology was approximately normal;biochemical indicators showed the levels of ALT,AST and MAD of the test group were significantly lower than those of the model group.The level of SOD in the test group was significantly higher than that of the model group.It is concluded that the oral liquid developed has a certain protective effect on acute liver injury.
