摘要
公共交通作为社会公益性事业,是人们参与社会活动的基础条件。通过地面公共交通无障碍建设,减少服务对象乘坐公共交通工具出行过程中遇到的各种障碍,是构建无障碍出行环境的重要组成部分。结合地面公交无障碍现状调研分析,以问题为导向,从公交车辆及公交站点等方面给出无障碍系统化设置要点建议,为地面公交无障碍系统的建设提供技术支撑。
As a public welfare undertaking,public transportation is the basic condition for people to participate in social activities.Through the barrier free construction of ground public transport,it is an important part of building an accessible travel environment to reduce the various obstacles encountered by service objects in the process of taking public transport.Combined with the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the barrier free ground public transportation,this paper puts forward the key points and suggestions of barrier free system setting from the aspects of bus vehicles and bus stops,so as to provide technical support for the construction of barrier free system of ground public transportation.
