摘要
当前,全过程工程咨询服务的指导思想尚不明确和统一,导致难以挖掘和发挥其融合、协同效用。本文提出全过程工程咨询服务的多维度、全局化、一体化及主动服务、共创价值、协同融合等思维导引,在此基础上,构建全过程工程咨询管理体系,并探讨该体系的主要内容及其要点建议,为全过程工程咨询管理实践提供支持。
At present,the guiding ideology of the whole-process engineering consulting service is not clear and unified,which makes it difficult to explore and give play to its integration and synergistic effect.This paper puts forward the ideological guidance for the whole process engineering consulting service including multidimension,full process,integration as well as active service,co-value creation,synergistic collaboration.On this basis,tries to propose a management system for the whole process engineering consulting services,and discusses the main contents and key points,provides reference for the practice of whole process engineering consulting services.
