摘要
人才队伍建设是医院建设最坚实的依靠,也是医院发展的核心。因此,如何突出医院人事管理在医、教、研模式下的规范化、精细化、科学化和信息化,从而实现精准化决策,一直是现代医院管理面临的重要挑战。以某三级公立医院为例,针对医院人才队伍建设过程中遇到的引进、培养和管理方面的困境,为医院人才队伍建设设计一个新的DRG人才地图系统。通过整合医院各类信息和数据,构建起人事管理的“人才地图”。系统为合理配置医院人力资源,实现人才队伍优化的精准化决策,提供了一种崭新的思路和方法。
The talent team construction is the most solid support for hospital construction and the core of hospital development.Therefore,how to realize the standard,refined,scientific and informationized hospital personnel management under the combination of medicine,teaching and research,so as to realize accurate decision-making.It is a key theme for modern hospital management.Through taking a tertiary public hospital as a case,dilemma of introduction,training and management in the process of hospital talent team construction is explored to design a new DRG talent map system for the construction of hospital talent team.By integrating all kinds of hospital information and data,the"talent map"of personnel management is constructed.This system provides a brand-new idea and method for rational allocation of hospital human resources and accurate decision-making of talent team optimization.
