DEH逻辑缺陷导致的异常停机分析及逻辑优化

摘要 由于西门子汽轮机电液控制系统(DEH)逻辑存在缺陷,影响了机组的可靠性和安全性。在进行机组ATT试验(汽轮机主汽门、调节门补汽阀等活动性试验)过程中,因ATT试验逻辑存在缺陷,导致所有调节门12%指令信号发出,机组异常停机;机组投入AGC模式,跟踪AGC指令时,由于逻辑缺陷导致触发调节门快关条件C20(阀门反馈换算的流量指令与实际流量指令偏差大于40%),机组异常停机。针对这2个问题进行DEH逻辑优化,提高了机组运行的可靠性,为此类型的机组DEH逻辑设计提供参考。 The reliability and safety of Siemens steam turbine electromechanical control system(DEH)are affected because of the logical flaws.During the process of ATT test and due to the defect of ATT test logic,12%command signal of regulating valve setting is sent out,and the unit shutdown abnormally.When the unit is put into the AGC mode to track the AGC command,the logical flaws causes triggering of the quick closing condition C20 of the regulating valve(the deviation between the flow instruction converted by the valve feedback and the actual flow instruction is higher than 40%).The unit shutdown abnormally.Aiming at these 2 problems,the logical optimization suggestions of DEH are put forward.It improves the reliability of unit operation.which provides a reference for this type of unit.
