摘要
针对一次风机变频器故障,导致一次风系统及制粉系统不稳定,严重时造成锅炉灭火的问题,对一次风机变频切换工频进行分析,并在某电厂实际操作成功。为了切换时减小扰动,通过在一次风机相同出力下,风机频率与入口调节门对应关系试验,得出数据指导变频切换工频,并从电气、热控、锅炉3个专业分析变频切换工频的要点,保证一次风系统及制粉系统安全稳定运行。
Aiming at the failure of primary fan converter,it leads the primary air system and the pulverizing system to be unstable.When it is serious,the boiler will shut down.For the issue,it studies PA fan for switching from the frequency conversion to power frequency.It is successfully verified in the power plant in order to reduce the perturbation when switching.Through the test of the corresponding relationship between the frequency and the inlet damper under the same power of the primary fan,the issue gets the data to guide the primary frequency conversion mode to automatically switch to the power frequency.And the issue analyzes the main points of frequency conversion automatically switch to power frequency from three professional aspects of electric,thermal control,and boiler.It ensures the safe and stable operation of primary air system and powder system.
