摘要
目的:探讨使用分布式智能药柜后,药师工作方式的转变。方法:分析我院分布式智能药柜工作流程,从保障药品调剂、加强药品管理、建立有效沟通机制三方面阐述药师工作方式的变化。结果:分布式智能药柜使用后,药师以在药房调剂为中心转变为在临床保障药品供应;对病区备用药品的管理,从以护士管理为主转变为药师专职管理;药学服务提供模式由电话沟通转变为面对面交流。结论:分布式智能药柜的使用,改变了药师的工作方式,有利于开展深层次的药学服务,有进一步推广的意义。
Objective:To probe into the transformation of working mode of pharmacists based on distributed intelligent pharmaceutical cabinet.Methods:The workflow of distributed intelligent pharmaceutical cabinet in our hospital was analyzed,and the transformation of pharmacists’working mode were described from ensuring drug dispensing,strengthening drug management and establishing effective communication mechanism.Results:The use of distributed intelligent pharmaceutical cabinet had transformed pharmacists from being centered on dispensing in pharmacies to securing drug supplies in the clinic.The management of preparatory drugs in the ward had changed from being mainly managed by nurses to being managed by pharmacists on the full-time basis.The pharmaceutical care delivery model had changed from telephone communication to face-to-face communication.Conclusion:The use of distributed intelligent pharmaceutical cabinet has changed the working mode of pharmacists and is conducive to the development of deep-seated pharmaceutical care,which has the significance of further promotion.
