摘要
目的:构建高效率门/急诊药房科学化工作流程系统。方法:介绍某院利用自动化设备发药、建立就诊卡模式下就诊流程,并结合药品图像技术、条码技术等多种技术手段实现智能处方审核和点评的药房工作流程再造的情况,并与传统手工模式比较评价再造的效果。结果与结论:与传统手工模式比较,再造后的新模式从药房发药效率、盘点效率、差错率等方面均有很大改善,且使药师角色真正回归到药品审核点评与用药指导方面。该院构建的药房科学化工作流程具有可行性。
OBJECTIVE： To construct a scientific workflow system with high-efficiency in outpatient and emergency pharmacy. METHODS： By introducing automatic dispensing equipment, establishing treatment process under hospital card mode, combined with image, bar code technology and other technical means, intelligent prescription check was achieved and pharmacy workflow re- engineering was evaluated. The effects of workflow reengineering were evaluated, compared to traditional manual mode. RE- SULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Compared with traditional manual mode, the new mode was improved in field of dispensing efficien- cy, inventory efficiency and error rate, etc. The role of pharmacist really returned into drug approval comments and medication ~uidance. The establishment of pharmacy scientific workflow in our hospital is practicable.
