摘要
矿用水力作业机常用于煤矿瓦斯抽采孔的修复以及增透。该设备采用外径φ16 mm连续可缠绕钢管,通过高压水射流对瓦斯抽采钻孔进行修复。随着修复深度的不断增加,在不增加设备尺寸的前提下,可缠绕钢管需在滚筒上多层有序地排列才能满足使用要求。介绍了排管装置的工作原理,并对排管装置进行了优化设计,大幅增加了瓦斯抽采钻孔的修复深度,有效地提高了设备的实用性和经济性。
Mining hydraulic operation machines are often used in the restoration of gas extraction holes and anti-reflection in coal mines. The equipment adopts continuous winding steel pipe with an outer diameter of φ16 mm to repair the gas extraction borehole by high-pressure water jet. With the increasing of repair depth, the winding steel tube needs to be arranged in multiple layers on the roller in order to meet the service requirements without increasing the equipment size. Introduced the working principle of the pipe arrangement device and optimizes the design of the pipe arrangement device,which greatly increases the repairing depth of the gas extraction hole and effectively improves the practicability and economy of the equipment.
