摘要
随着我国煤矿开采深度和地应力的增加,松软煤层瓦斯抽采的难度不断增加。为了解决松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔易塌孔、易漏气、易失效及有效周期短等问题,研制了以钻孔修复作业机和自旋钻进-射流冲孔一体协同修复装置为核心的堵孔-漏气一体修复装备,并采用该装备对寺河煤矿二号井钻孔浓度低于20%的失效钻孔进行试验研究。试验结果表明,钻孔进行修复作业后,试验钻孔平均瓦斯抽采浓度由12%提高至32%;对比钻孔平均有效抽采周期20~30 d,修复后有效抽采周期延长了1倍;对比钻孔平均纯流量0.015 m^(3)/min,试验钻孔平均纯流量0.06 m^(3)/min,提高至4倍。
With the increase of the mining depth and ground stress of coal mines in China,the difficulty of gas drainage in loose coal seams is increasing.In order solve the problems of easy hole collapse,easy gas leakage,easy failure and short effective service life of gas drainage borehole in loose coal seam,a plugging and gas leakage integrated repair equipment with borehole repair operation machine and self-rotating drilling and jetting perforation integrated collaborative repair device as the core was developed,and this equipment was used to test research on the failed borehole with gas drainage concentration lower than 20%in the well No.2 of Shihe coal mine.The test results show that after borehole is repaired,the average gas drainage concentration of the test borehole is increased from 12%to 32%;the average effective drainage cycle of the comparative drilling is 20-30 days,and the effective drainage cycle is prolonged by 1 time after repair;the average pure flow of the comparative borehole is 0.015 m3/min,and the average pure flow of the test borehole is 0.06 m3/min,which is increased to 4 times.
