摘要
随着各地各种预约挂号网络平台的使用,传统号贩子正转变为技术型网络号贩子。为了能给各地互联网+医疗建设及预约挂号平台提供防御网络号贩子举措的借鉴,本研究总结了北京市某预约挂号平台上网络号贩子的类型和行为特征,阐述了当前对网络号贩子的总体防御策略和措施,介绍了几种针对典型网络号贩子的防御措施和退号号源的处理方案,并且探讨了当前互联网+医疗形势下,各种预约挂号平台可能会面对的新问题、应对策略及建议。
With the use of various online appointment registration platform at various places,traditional outpatient appointment registration scalpers are transforming into technical network outpatient appointment registration scalpers.In order to provide reference in defending network scalpers for the Internet+medical and the appointment registration platform construction,this article summarized the types and behavioral characteristics of network scalpers on an outpatient appointment registration platform in Beijing,elaborated the current defense strategy,introduced several solutions to defense network scalpers and online appointment withdrawl,and discussed the emerging problems that the current Internet+medical appointment registration platform may face and the corresponding strategies and suggestion.
