摘要
提质培优行动计划是国家职业教育发展的重大战略部署,对专业人才培养提出了新要求,为专业群建设实现特色优质发展注入了新动力。从分析现代农牧业专业群建设的必要性和组群思路入手,对专业群人才培养模式创新、课程体系构建、课程教学资源、教材教法改革、教师创新团队建设、实践教学基地、技术技能平台、社会服务能力建设等方面提出了建设路径与举措,为农牧业专业群人才培养提供参考。
As an important strategic plan for the development of national vocational education,the action scheme of Improving Quality and Cultivating Excellence has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of professional talents,and injected new impetus into the construction of specialty group for achieving featured and high-quality development.Based on the analysis of the necessity of modern agricultural and animal husbandry specialty group construction and grouping thought,this paper puts forward the construction paths and measures in the aspects of talent training mode innovation,curriculum system construction,curriculum teaching resources,teaching material and method reform,teachers′innovation team construction,practice teaching base,technology and skill perform,social service ability construction,etc.,in hoping to provide references for talent training of agricultural and animal husbandry specialty group.
