摘要
用卤化银多晶光纤制成了一种在关节式导光臂上使用的卤化银光纤手术刀头。手术刀头由耦合器、光纤连接器、柔性金属管、聚焦透镜座组成。其中柔性金属管依据用途能在 0～ 90°适当弯曲 ,弯曲半径 >15mm ,长度 <2 5 0mm ,输出连续激光功率大于 12W ,工作焦距 5mm。光纤手术刀头端面带有气体保护装置 ,防止端面污染。具有防污结构的手术刀头整体直径小于 5 6mm ,因此适合在人体天然开口部位如口腔、喉、妇科、肛门及直肠等处进行使用。
Polycrystalline silver halide optical fiber is a flexible, an excellent waveguide for transmitting laser at middle infrared wavelength. As a means for CO 2 laser beam, the handpiece is made up of silver halide optical fiber for mirror articulated optical waveguide and is consisted of couple, fiber connecter, flexible metallic tube, lens. According to use,the flexible metallic tube is bent from 0° to 90° and bent radius is more than 15mm. The output power of handpiece for articulated arms, whose length is less than 250mm, is more than 12W. The focus is 5mm.There is a gaseous protector at the end of handpiece and diameter is less than 5.6mm for treating in stomatology, otolaryngology,gynecology, anus, etc.
