摘要
目的:研究在不同临床分期、病理分级与分型的卵巢上皮性肿瘤中,雌激素受体与孕激素受体的表达情况与临床价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年4月卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤石蜡标本400例,采用免疫组织化学法对其中的雌激素受体与孕激素受体的阳性表达分布情况进行分析。结果:雌激素受体阳性表达率为44.50%,孕激素受体阳性表达率为60.00%,同时在不同的临床分期中,雌激素受体与孕激素受体的阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在卵巢上皮性肿瘤不同病理分型中,雌激素受体与孕激素受体的阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在卵巢上皮性肿瘤不同病理分级中,雌激素受体与孕激素受体的阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过卵巢上皮性肿瘤中雌孕激素受体的阳性表达情况,能有效地对患者的卵巢上皮性肿瘤临床分期与病理分级进行一定反映,从而为临床治疗判断提供诊断依据。
Objective:To study the expression,distribution and clinical value of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in epithelial ovarian tumors with different clinical stages,pathological grades and types.Methods:From January 2016 to April 2020,400 paraffin specimens of ovarian epithelial malignant tumors were selected,and the positive expression and distribution of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor were analyzed by immunohistochemical technique.Results:The positive expression rates of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor were 44.50%and 60.00%,respectively.At the same time,there was significant difference between the positive expression rate of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in different clinical stages(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in different pathological types of ovarian epithelial tumors(P>0.05),but in different pathological grades of ovarian epithelial tumors,there was significant difference between the positive expression rates of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor in epithelial ovarian tumors can effectively reflect the clinical stage and pathological grade of patients with epithelial ovarian tumors,so as to provide a diagnostic basis for clinical treatment.
