摘要
目的探析在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病诊断中采用三维超声诊断的效果及价值。方法方便选取该院于2017年1月—2018年12月收治的2700例产后确诊为盆底功能障碍疾病患者作为观察组,同期选取未生育妇女且盆底功能正常的3029例患者作为对照组,分别给经会阴三维超声诊断。并对比两组患者的盆腔脏器脱垂距离指标、盆膈裂孔前后径、横径与肛提肌厚度。结果观察组经三维超声诊断显示,患者的各项盆腔器官脱垂距离指标均显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组盆膈裂孔前后径静息为(5.29±0.38)cm、最大瓦式为(5.91±0.42)cm,横径静息为(4.54±0.36)cm、最大瓦式为(4.70±0.63)cm,肛提肌厚度静息为(0.41±0.15)cm,最大瓦式为(0.73±0.22)cm;对照组则分别为(3.91±0.18)、(4.02±0.23)、(4.13±0.64)、(4.25±0.27)、(0.52±0.35)、(0.81±0.27)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=178.647、214,236、29.399、35.797、15.138、12.203,P<0.05)。结论针对妇科女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断中,采取三维超声的诊断方式可显著提高诊断效率,同时应用价值较高,值得临床借鉴实施。
Objective To explore the effect and value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.Methods A total of 2700 postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were conveniently selected as the observation group.At the same time,3029 patients with normal pelvic floor function who had not given birth to women were selected as the control group,respectively,given transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis.The pelvic organ prolapse distance index,the anterior and posterior diameter of the pelvic diaphragm hiatus,the transverse diameter and the thickness of the levator ani were compared between the two groups.Results The three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of the observation group showed that the prolapse distance indicators of the pelvic organs of the patients were significantly greater than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the anterior and posterior diameter of the pelvic diaphragm hiatus in the observation group was(5.29±0.38)cm,and the maximum tile type was(5.91±0.42)cm,the resting diameter of the transverse diameter was(4.54±0.36)cm,the maximum tile type was(4.70±0.63)cm,the thickness of the levator ani muscle resting was(0.41±0.15)cm,and the maximum tile type was(0.73±0.22)cm;the control group was(3.91±0.18)cm,(4.02±0.23)cm,(4.13±0.64)cm,(4.25±0.27)cm,(0.52±0.35)cm,(0.81±0.27)cm,the difference was statistically significant(t=178.647,214,236,29.399,35.797,15.138,12.203,P<0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases in gynecology,the use of three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis method can significantly improve the diagnosis efficiency,and at the same time has a high application value,which is worthy of clinical practice.
