摘要
目的探讨高血压伴冠心病老年患者应用马来酸依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗的效果。方法便利选择2019年4月—2020年7月在该院接受治疗的80例高血压伴冠心病老年患者作为研究对象,随机分成研究组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,研究组应用马来酸依那普利与美托洛尔联合治疗,比较两组血压水平、效果及生活质量。结果研究组舒张压(85.32±7.16)mmHg、收缩压(115.46±10.84)mmHg,相比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.940、6.170,P<0.05);研究组心理功能(87.35±9.24)分、躯体功能(82.46±9.25)分、社会功能(80.20±9.26)分、物质生活(83.17±9.65)分、总分(85.30±9.10)分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.879、4.478、3.757、3.606、5.980,P<0.05);研究组总有效率95.00%,相比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。结论高血压伴冠心病老年患者应用马来酸依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗的效果显著,有利于稳定血压水平,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril maleate combined with metoprolol in elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods From April 2019 to July 2020,80 elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease who were treated in the hospital were conveniently selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases).In the treatment of torolol,the control group used metoprolol,the study group used enalapril maleate and metoprolol in combination,to compare the blood pressure level,effect and quality of life between the two groups.Results The diastolic blood pressure(85.32±7.16)mmHg and systolic blood pressure(115.46±10.84)mmHg of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.940,6.170,P<0.05);the psychological function of the study group(87.35±9.24)points,physical function(82.46±9.25)points,social function(80.20±9.26)points,material life(83.17±9.65)points,and total score(85.30±9.10)points were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.879,4.478,3.757,3.606,5.980,P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of enalapril maleate combined with metoprolol in elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease is significant,which is beneficial to stabilize blood pressure and improve the quality of life.
