摘要
目的观察胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 选择我院2010年4月至2012年4月期间收治的42例快速心律失常患者做为研究组,选择同期收治同症患者40例作为对照组,对照组给予胺碘酮进行治疗,研究组给予胺碘酮联合美托洛尔进行治疗,观察比较两组患者的窦性心律转复率、治疗前后的心律情况及不良反应。结果 研究组在治疗后,转复率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义,具有可比性(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组血压及心率情况改善明显,优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应均属于轻微症状,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常能够有效提高心律转复率,缓解患者症状,缩短治疗时间,安全可靠,在临床上值得应用与推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods From April 2010 to April 2012, two groups of patients with tachyarrhythmia were randomly selected from our hospital and divided into two groups. The test group of 42 patients was treated with amiod- arone combined with metoprolol, while the control group of 40 patients was treated with amiodarone only. Then we made continuous observation and comparison between these two groups of patients on the aspect of cardiac rehabilitation rate, rhythm of the heart and the drug effect duration before and after the treatment. Results As to the test group, the recovery rate was 92. 24%, much higher than that of 82. 50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant and comparable （P 〈 0.05）. In the test group, compared with the control group, the blood pressure and heart rate of pa- tients were improved. Adverse reactions of the two groups were slight, with no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion The amiodarone combined with metoprolol could effectively treat tachyarrhythmia by increasing the cardiac rehabili- tation rate, alleviating the symptoms of patients, and shortening the treatment time as well. In addition, it was safe and re- liable, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
