摘要
目的研究尿常规检验过程中阴道分泌物对于检验结果的影响,并探究相应解决对策。方法选择曲靖市第一人民医院2017年5月—2019年6月收治的240例患者进行尿常规检验分析,观察患者两次留尿检验样本表样与假阳性样本情况,并分析尿常规检验结果。结果对照组尿常规检验样本颜色较深,相对比较浑浊,在样本内部可以用肉眼直接看到部分悬浮物。研究组尿常规检验样本颜色多为淡黄色,无悬浮物,浑浊度比较低。对照组尿红细胞例数高于研究组(P<0.05);对照组上皮细胞例数高于研究组(P<0.05);对照组尿蛋白例数高于研究组(P<0.05);对照组白细胞例数高于研究组(P<0.05)。对照组假阳性样本数量15例,占比6.25%;研究组假阳性样本数量5例,占比2.08%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论尿液样本采集过程进行干预,采用科学方法进行检验,可以减少阴道分泌物对于检验结果的影响,提升检验结果准确率。
Objective To study the influence of vaginal secretions on the results of routine urine tests and to explore the corresponding solutions.Methods Select 240 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 for routine urine test analysis,observe the status of the patient's two urine test samples and false positive samples,and analyze the urine routine test results.Results The urine samples of the control group were darker in color and relatively turbid.Some suspended solids can be directly seen in the samples.The urine samples of the research group were mostly light yellow,with no suspended matter,and low turbidity.The number of urine red blood cell cases in the control group was higher than that of the study group,P<0.05;the number of epithelial cells in the urine red blood cell control group was higher than that of the study group,P<0.05;the number of urine protein cases in the control group was higher than the study group(P<0.05);The number of white blood cell cases in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The number of false positive samples in the control group is 15 cases,the percentage is 6.25%;the number of false positive samples in the study group is 5 cases,the percentage is 2.08%,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of urine routine examination,if the patient can be guided to prevent vaginal secretions and the scientific method can be used for the examination,the accuracy of the test results can be improved.During the clinical examination process,women should be given professional urine routine guidance.
