摘要
目的分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响及对策。方法选择2018年6月-2019年1月在该院实施尿常规体检的96名女性作为对象,结合体检者的年龄实施分组,分为对照组和观察组,对照组不进行尿液样本采集过程中的处理,观察组则实施的是尿液样本采集过程中的处理,对比两组患者的样本尿液检查的结果。结果对比两组案例的各项检出指标,包括:尿红细胞、尿蛋白、白细胞、上皮细胞等,对比可知,观察组的检出率[2(4.10)、20(4.10)、3(6.250)、1(2.10)]低于对照组[6(12.50)、40(8.30)、5(10.40)、4(8.30)](χ^2=7.6、6.5、7.8、8.9,P=0.006、0.004、0.008、0.009)。结论在临床研究中,对女性实施尿常规检查的过程中,阴道分泌物直接影响到检查结果,导致准确性受到影响,需要在样本采集过程中进行特殊的处理,提升准确性。
Objective To analyze the effects of vaginal secretions on routine urine test results and countermeasures.Methods Ninety-six women who underwent routine urinalysis in the hospital from June 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled. The age group of the subjects was divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group did not collect urine samples. In the process of treatment, the observation group performed the treatment during the urine sample collection process, and compared the results of the urine test of the two groups of patients. Results Comparing the detection indexes of the two groups, including: urinary red blood cells, urine protein, white blood cells, epithelial cells, etc., the comparison shows that the detection rate of the observation group [2(4.10), 20(4.10), 3(6.250),1(2.10)] was lower than the control group [6(12.50), 40(8.30), 5(10.40), 4(8.30)](χ^2=7.6, 6.5, 7.8, 8.9,P=0.006, 0.004,0.008, 0.009). Conclusion In the clinical study, during the routine examination of urine in women, vaginal secretions directly affect the results of the examination, resulting in accuracy, which requires special treatment during the sample collection process to improve accuracy.
