摘要
以华南地区主要种植的尾巨桉为研究对象,在常规施肥的基础上进行旱季补水处理,测量林下土壤和器官K、Zn、B含量的影响,旨在探明旱季补水对尾巨桉养分吸收利用的影响。结果表明:施肥显著增加了土壤有效硼(29%)、有效锌含量(247%),旱季补水显著降低了土壤速效钾(17%)、有效硼含量(11%);各器官的养分含量排序为叶>枝>根;旱季补水增加了各器官的K、Zn、B积累速率;施肥会引起水分亏缺,导致K积累速率上升以及Zn、B积累速率下降。总体上看,旱季补水和施肥相结合有利于缓解施肥引起的干旱胁迫和促进尾巨桉充分吸收土壤养分。
Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis,a major plant in South China,was selected as the research object in this study.Dry season irrigation was carried out on the basis of regular fertilization.Four treatments were set to explore the effects of dry season irrigation on the nutrient absorption and utilization by measuring K,Zn,and B contents in soil and organs.The results showed that fertilization increased the available boron(29%)and available zinc(247%)contents in soil,while the irrigation decreased the available potassium(17%)and available boron(11%);the nutrient content of each organ was leaf>shoot>root.;dry season irrigation increased the rate of nutrient accumulation of organs.;fertilization can cause water deficit,which leads to a increase of K accumulation rate and decrease of Zn and B accumulation rate.On the whole,the combination of dry season irrigation and fertilization is beneficial to alleviate the drought stress caused by fertilization and promote the absorption of soil nutrients in E.urophylla×E.grandis.
