摘要
为研究杜洛克公猪肌内脂肪含量与重要生长指标的相关性,试验通过B超测定了738头杜洛克公猪活体肌内脂肪以及重要的生长性状,结果表明:肌内脂肪与180日龄体重、背膘厚、眼肌面积均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.334、0.510和0.267;眼肌面积与初生重、180日龄体重、背膘厚呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.157、0.624和0.323;背膘厚与180日龄体重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数为0.498;180日龄体重和初生重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数为0.200。研究为高肌内脂肪含量的杜洛克公猪选育提供了相关理论及数据支持。
In order to study the correlation between intramuscular fat content and important growth indexes of Duroc boars,738 Duroc boars were tested for intramuscular fat and important growth traits by B-ultrasound.The results showed that intramuscular fat was positively correlated with body weight at 180 days,backfat thickness and eye muscle area(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were 0.334,0.510 and 0.267,respectively.There was a significant positive correlation between body weight at 180 days and backfat thickness(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were 0.157,0.624 and 0.323,respectively;there was a significant positive correlation between back fat thickness and body weight at 180 days(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient was 0.498;the correlation coefficient between body weight at 180 days and birth weight was extremely significant positive(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient was 0.200.This study provides theoretical and data support for the breeding of Duroc boars with high intramuscular fat content.
