摘要
玉米是动物生产的常规饲料原料,在储存过程中,玉米中的多种营养物质可能会发生变化,影响使用价值。淀粉是玉米中最丰富的碳水化合物,其含量、结构和功能性质影响饲料的加工特性和营养价值,在畜禽的生命活动中起着重要作用。文章主要综述玉米在储存期间淀粉的含量、结构和功能性质的变化情况,以期为储存玉米在饲料制粒和在饲粮中的使用提供参考。
Corn was a conventional feed material for animal production.In the process of storage,a variety of nutrients may change,affecting its use value.Starch was the most abundant carbohydrate in corn.Its content,structure and functional properties affected the processing characteristics and nutritional value of feed,and it played an important role in the life activities of livestock and poultry.This paper mainly reviewed the changes of starch content,structure and functional properties of corn during storage,in order to provide reference for the use of stored corn in feed granulation and diet.
