摘要
目的系统评价乌灵胶囊应用于产后抑郁症的疗效。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普期刊(VIP)、万方数据库、PubMed、The Cochrane Library数据库有关乌灵胶囊联合常规药物(治疗组)与常规药物(对照组)治疗产后抑郁症的随机对照试验(RCT)文献。检索时限为建库至2020年1月。采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇乌灵胶囊治疗产后抑郁症的文献,共724例抑郁症患者。以总有效率为观察指标,治疗组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(OR=5.76,95%CI:2.41~5.96,P<0.05)。以治疗前后患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMD)评分和爱丁堡妊娠后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分变化为观察指标,治疗组的HAMD评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(MD合并=3.34,P<0.05)。治疗组的EPDS评分高于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(MD合并=1.74,P<0.05)。以不良反应为观察指标,治疗组不良反应发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(OR=2.41,95%CI:0.31~0.89,P<0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合常规药物可明显提高产后抑郁症的疗效,且不良反应少,安全性较高,较对照组更有优势。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Wuling Capsule in the treatment of postpartum depression.Methods We searched CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,and the Cochrane Library for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)regarding Wuling Capsule combined with conventional drugs(treatment group)and conventional drugs(control group)in the treatment of postpartum depression from inception to January 2020.RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 9 articles on Wuling Capsules in the treatment of postpartum depression were included,and a total of 724 patients with depression were included.Taking the total effective rate as an observation indicator,the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(OR=5.76,95%CI[2.41,5.96],P<0.05).Taking changes in the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMD)scores and Edinburgh Post-Pregnancy Depression Scale(EPDS)scores of patients before and after treatment as observation indicators,the HAMD scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(MDcombined=3.34,P<0.05),and the EPDS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(MDcombined=1.74,P<0.05).Taking adverse reactions as the observation index,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(OR=2.41,95%CI[0.31,0.89],P<0.05).Conclusion Wuling capsule combined with conventional drugs can significantly improve the efficacy of postpartum depression,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,which is more advantages than the treatment in the control group.
