摘要
设计了一种小型化红外前端采集微系统,用于红外信息处理系统中红外成像传感器的驱动、采集及预处理。微系统利用系统级封装(System in Package,SiP)技术将不同芯片按功能划分集成至3个模块内,用于替代原分立器件的功能。整个硬件设计包含低噪声传感器驱动模块、高速信号缓冲及转换模块、可编程数字处理模块。通过对微系统输出偏压及其噪声等性能指标的对比测试,在不裁减任何功能与性能的情况下,微系统噪声较原分立器件电路降低了约25%,且电路面积为原电路的一半,实现了整个采集系统的小型化设计。
A miniatureized acquisition microsystem is designed for the drive and acquisition of infrared imaging sensors in the infrared information processing system.The microsystem uses SiP technology to integrate different chips into three modules according to their functions to replace the functions of the original discrete devices.The hardware design includes a low⁃noise sensor drive module,a high⁃speed signal buffer and conversion module,and a programmable digital processing module.Through the comparison test of performance such as the output bias voltage and noise of the micro system,the micro system based on SiP technology has better performance than the original discrete device circuit without reducing any functions,the noise of microsystems is 25%lower than that of the original circuit and the circuit area is only half of the original circuit,realizing the miniaturization of the system.
