摘要
人工智能对图书馆的空间重塑、服务革新、功能提升均具有极大的促进作用。应用人工智能对有效提升用户服务感知与图书馆服务效率具有重要意义,但人工智能应用于图书馆存在应用推广难度大、体验与伦理缺失和数据安全问题。图书馆需要充分认识人工智能带来的影响,全面变革,杜绝跟风,利用人工智能推进图书馆的转型发展。
Artificial intelligence has greatly facilitation on the space remodeling,service innovation and function enhancement of the library.Artificial intelligence is of great significance to effectively improve users’ service perception and library service efficiency,but there are problems in the application of artificial intelligence for libraries,which is difficult to promote applications,lack of experience and ethics,and data security issues.Libraries need to fully understand the impact of artificial intelligence in order to comprehensively change,stop following suit,use artificial intelligence to promote the transformation and development of libraries.
