摘要
准确把握AI技术在当下高校图书馆应用现状,对于推动高校图书馆服务创新、提升智能化服务水平具有重要的参考价值。本文运用文献调研、网络调研、问卷调查相结合的方法,在全国范围内面向高校图书馆及技术厂商调研AI技术在高校图书馆的应用现状,对调查结果进行成果分析和问题分析,厘清了AI技术在高校图书馆的发展前景、实践现状、落地阻力等方面的现实情况,从校内外合作、图书馆领导者、图书馆员三方面提出促进AI技术在高校图书馆发展的实践建议。
Accurately grasping the current application status of AI technology in university libraries has important reference value for promoting service innovation and improving the level of intelligent services in university libraries.Using a combination of literature research,online research,and questionnaire surveys,this study aims to investigate the current application status of AI technology in university libraries and technology vendors nationwide.The results of the survey are analyzed for both achievements and problems regarding the research topic.The paper clarifies current situation of the development prospects,practical status,and implementation obstacles of AI technology in university libraries,and proposes practical suggestions to promote the development of AI technology in university libraries from three aspects:internal and external cooperation,library leaders,and librarians.
