摘要
目的研讨缓慢性心律失常患者采用真武汤加减治疗的效果及对其心功能、血清C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达的影响。方法选取2018年4月—2020年4月收诊的缓慢性心律失常患者68例,按照随机数字表法设组,对照组34例接受基础治疗,观察组34例基于对照组条件给予真武汤加减治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、心功能以及血清hs-CRP表达情况。结果观察组方案总有效率(94.12%)明显高于对照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组CO、LVEF等各项心功能指标的改善比对照组更显著(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后血清hs-CRP表达明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论真武汤加减治疗缓慢性心律失常有确切的疗效,并且对抑制hs-CRP表达、改善患者心功能有作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Zhenwu decoction on cardiac function,clinical efficacy and serum C-reactive protein( HSCRP) expression in patients with chronic arrhythmia. Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and set up according to the random number table method. 34 patients in the control group received basic treatment,while 34 patients in the observation group were given modified Zhenwu decoction treatment based on the condition of the control group. The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and serum HS-CRP expression of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group( 94. 12%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 76. 47%),and the comparison was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the improvement of cardiac function indexes such as CO and LVEF in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,serum HS-CRP expression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Zhenwu decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic arrhythmia,and it can inhibit the expression of HS-CRP and improve the cardiac function of patients.
