摘要
目的:观察步长稳心颗粒联合穴位注射治疗植物功能紊乱性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将植物功能紊乱性心律失常患者120例按照随机数字表法分为2组各60例,2组均进行基础治疗,治疗组同时给予步长稳心颗粒联合穴位注射治疗,对照组则给予心律平治疗。2组均治疗1月,观察临床疗效以及心电图疗效。结果:症状改善总有效率:治疗组显效27例,有效29例,无效4例,总有效率为93%;对照组显效23例,有效22例,无效15例,总有效率75%。2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);心电图改善情况:治疗组显效27例,有效26例,无效7例,总有效率为88%;对照组显效22例,有效20例,无效18例,总有效率70%。2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:步长稳心颗粒联合穴位注射治疗植物功能紊乱性心律失常疗效确切,不良反应少。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Buchang Wenxin particles and acupoint injection for the treatment of arrhythmia induced by functional disorder of autonomic nerve. Methods- One hundred and twenty arrhythmia patients induced by functional disorder of autonomic nerve were equally randomized into observation group and control group according to the random number. Both groups were given basic routine treatment, and the treatment group was given Buchang Wenxin particles orally and acupoint injection additionally. After treatment for one month, the therapeutic effect was evaluated and the effect on electrocardiogram （ECG） was observed. Results： In respect of the total efficiency for improving clinical symptoms, 27 cases were markedly effective, 29 were effective, 4 were ineffective and the total effective rate was 93% in the observation group; in the control group, 23 cases were markedly effective, 22 were effective, 15 were ineffective and the total effective rate was 75%. The difference of total effective rate was significant between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. In respect of the effect on improving ECG, 27 cases were markedly effective, 26 were effective, 7 were effective, and the total effective rate was 88% in the observation group; in the control group, 22 were markedly effective, 20 were effective, 18 were ineffective, and the total efficiency was 70%. The difference of total effective rate for ECG was significant between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： guchang Wenxin particles and acupoint injection are effective and safe for the treatment of arrhythmia induced by functional disorder of autonomic nerve, with less adverse reaction.
