摘要
中药瞿麦(Dianthi herba)为石竹科植物瞿麦Dianthus superbus L.或石竹Dianthus chinesis L.的干燥地上部分,具有利尿通淋、活血通经的功效。文献报道瞿麦含有皂苷类、环肽类、黄酮类、酚酸类、蒽醌类、酰胺类、香豆素类及挥发油等多种化学成分,现代药理学研究表明其具有抗菌、肾保护、抗早孕、抗肿瘤、免疫抑制、神经保护及成骨细胞增殖等多种药理作用。对其化学成分及药理作用方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为瞿麦的深入研究提供参考。
Qumai(Dianthi Herba)is prepared from the dry aerial part of Qumai(Dianthus superbus L.or Dianthus chinesis L.),which has the efficacy of promoting diuresis and relieving stranguria,and activating blood to promote menstruation.It is reported that Qumai(Dianthi Herba)contains various chemical constituents,such as saponins,cyclic peptides,flavonoids,phenolic acids,anthraquinones,amides,coumarins and volatile oils.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Qumai(Dianthi Herba)has a variety of pharmacological effects,such as anti-bacterial,renal protection,anti-early pregnancy,anti-cancer,immunosuppression,neuroprotection and osteoblast proliferation.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects to provide reference for the further research of Qumai(Dianthi Herba).
