摘要
目的分析曼月乐联合散结镇痛胶囊对子宫腺肌病患者的痛经、月经量、子宫体积产生的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月徐州市中医院通过曼月乐治疗的31例子宫腺肌病患者设为对照组,另将同期到本院经曼月乐联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗的33例子宫腺肌病患者作为观察组,评估两组患者的治疗效果、子宫体积、月经量、痛经评分和血红蛋白。结果观察组治疗有效率(96.97%)高于对照组(80.65%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.373,P=0.037)。治疗前、治疗后6个月,两组患者子宫体积、月经量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者痛经评分、血红蛋白计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,观察组痛经评分、血红蛋白计数改善效果均比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将曼月乐联合散结镇痛胶囊应用在子宫腺肌病患者治疗中可提升治疗效果,改善患者的痛经情况,但在改善患者月经量和子宫体积方面,单纯应用曼月乐也同样能达到理想的效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of Mirena combined with Dispersing and Analgesic Capsules on dysmenorrhea,menstruation volume and uterine volume in patients with adenomyosis.Methods 31 patients with adenomyosis who came to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 treated by Mirena were set as the control group,and another 33 patients with adenomyosis treated by Mirena combined with Dispersing and analgesic capsules who came to the hospital during the same period were set as the observation group.Treatment effects,uterine volume,menstrual volume,dysmenorrhea score,and hemoglobin were evaluated in both groups.Results The efficiency of the observation group(96.97%)was higher than that of the control group(80.65%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.373,P=0.037).Before and at 6 months after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in uterine volume and menstrual volume scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in dysmenorrhea score and hemoglobin count between the two groups(P>0.05);6 months after treatment,the improvement of dysmenorrhea score and hemoglobin count in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Mirena combined with Dispersing and Analgesic Capsules in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis can enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the dysmenorrhea of patients.However,the application of mirena alone can also achieve the desired effect in terms of improving the menstrual volume and uterine volume of the patients.
